Debit MasterCard ® Activation

You're One Step Away From Activating Your Card
 

If you're a current Debit MasterCard customer, here's how you activate your card:

New Card

Please call (877) 744-2274 to activate your card and select your personal Identification Number (PIN)

Reissue Card

If your new card is replacing an existing Debit MasterCard you may continue using the same PIN number that you are currently using.  But, you still need to activate it by calling (877) 744-2274

Important

To help protect you from certain types of fraud, please call from your primary phone number to activate your card.

If you received a replacement Debit Card due to expiration, name change, etc. you may still activate your card by completing a balance inquiry at any ATM.  This should only be completed if you encounter an issue with the automated activation system after bank hours.

If you are a new customer or an existing customer with a new card number, please contact the bank at (866) 499-BANK during normal business hours. The automated system is required in order to activate your card and create your unique 4-digit PIN.
