Change is on the way with a new improved completely refreshed user interface. Our look will change for the better, with improvements to the overall usability, navigation and general appearance of our Bill Pay. We are positive the changes below will enhance your bill pay experience.
- New Overview Page-this landing page will enable the user to schedule a payment, view scheduled payments and history all from a single page. Bill pay users can also see the subjects of recent secure messages and alerts.
- New Horizontal Menu- located at the top of the screen uses tabs and sub-menus. The menu will always be visible allowing easy navigation to any page.
- New Self Service Page-provides easy access to a variety of functions and links to secure messages, alerts, request forms, personal information and user preferences.
Live Chat for Bill Pay is now available from Standard Bank!
We have added a new special contact method exclusively for you, our Bill Pay Customers, to help you with any Bill Pay questions or issues you may have. Live Chat is now available when you access Bill Pay section of Online Banking. That makes three ways to get assistance:
- Live Chat is available Monday through Friday, from 8 am until 5 pm.
- Telephone support at 800-646-0705 is available Monday through Friday from 6 am until 10 pm and Saturday from 7 am until 4 pm.
- Email support is also available by using the "Email Bill Pay Customer Service" link from within the Bill Pay application.
Make your life even simpler with our new e-Statements. When you choose to receive your monthly statements electronically, you can view or print your e-Statements anytime. Cut down on paper and mail, all while knowing your bank statements are secure from Identity Theft.
Standard Bank is proud to deliver the highest level of security for our Online Banking customers. An additional layer of security called Multi-Factor Authentication has been added to our log in process to help ensure that your information is secure, and help protect you from fraud and identity theft.
Note: If you are currently using our telephone banking service, your Social Security Number / Tax ID number and PIN will be your access numbers to activate Online Banking and Bill Pay Service.
