
Online and Mobile Banking Alerts How-To
So simple, a neolithic humanoid can do it.
Steps for setting up ALERTS:
- Log into Online Banking
- On the main ACCOUNTS page, choose NEW, next to the application – CHECKING, SAVINGS, CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT or LOANS:

Click on "Next"

Choose an ACCOUNT NUMBER from the drop down box, if you have more than one account in the application:

Description – Do not change

E-mail Address – your email address will default into this field.

Click on Submit:

- If setting up an ALERT for Mobile Banking, where you’d like to receive a text Alert on your phone, please delete your email address and add your SMS Address – AreaCodeMobileNumber@sms address of provider (please see Mobile Banking FAQs):

If setting up Minimum Balance / Low Balance Alerts, please enter a Current Balance/threshold amount:

To review the ALERTS that are set up on your accounts, on the main ACCOUNTS page in Internet Banking, click on the Application Link under Messages - CHECKING, SAVINGS, CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT or LOANS:

- The following will display, listing all the applications with Event Numbers. Click on the Number Link to review specific information on the ALERT.

If you no longer want to receive a certain ALERT, click on DELETE
